Over a third of our leavers gain places in Sciences, including subjects such as Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, and Dentistry. Over 20% go on to do degrees in Finance-related subjects, such as Business studies, Economics, and Accounting. Other popular choices include Psychology and Law, with a growing number of students choosing this career path.
A Focus on Medicine and Medical Sciences
Since 1999, Acorn House College has been known to provide special support for students who want to go on to study Medical Sciences. Especially Medicine and Dentistry are often the destinations of our students. Through our Medical Sciences Programme, each of those students receives the support they need. Over the years, we have sent many students to prestigious universities such as Imperial College, King’s College, Sheffield University, and Queen Mary University.
Acorn House aims to give every student that comes through our doors the opportunities and support they need to empower them to go on to the best possible next step in their academic careers.
